During the time of registration, you will choose how your tuition will be paid for the semester. We ask that each family have either a bank account or credit card on file.
We offer 2 options for payment of tuition:
Option A : Total semester tuition divided by 4 Payments (not months)
Option B : Pay Semester in Full at the beginning of the Semester
For Primary Levels, we will be requiring a 25% deposit of the tuition for the semester by August 16th, or if enrolling after the due date, at the time of enrollment.
BYB charges a 2.5% Credit Card Processing Fee to ALL Credit and Debit card transactions. This fee will be charged to all accounts and will be included in each installment paid with a credit or debit card. There is no fee for installments paid via auto checking account draft. There is a minimum charge of $5 for credit cards.
Every enrollment semester (Fall, Spring, Summer) there is a non refundable $15 Registration Fee for the first student, $10 for each additional student.
Camp, Intensive, Workshop Registration Policy: Once enrolled in these programs, tuition will be due upon enrollment. If you drop your enrollment 14 days or less leading up to the program, you will only be refunded 50% of the tuition, if there is no student on the waitlist to fill it. This does not apply to transferring to a different program of the same type (intensive week or different camp). Thank you for your understanding. There are no registration fees for non-class related programs.
Tuition is due on the first business day of each month – please see the payment schedule and plan to pay on or before the due date. There is a $20 Late Charge on the 15th business day of the month tuition is due.
